How does Japanese Wholesale work?

1. Sign Up or Log In – Create an account or log in to get started.

2. Submit Your Order Request – Add the items you want to purchase and send us your order request.

3. Make Your Payment – Once your order is accepted:

  • Manual payment: We’ll email you the instructions.
  • Credit card: You’ll receive an invoice including the processing fee.

4. Receive Confirmation – After your payment is successfully processed, we’ll send a confirmation email.

5. Track Your Order – Your order usually ships within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking email, and delivery typically takes just 3 business days once dispatched.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity for Japanese Pokemon booster boxes is currently 8. You can mix and match any sets you'd like.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE, it is included in the box price.

Where are Japanese Pokemon items shipped from?

We act as a sourcing agent, so items are shipped directly from our partners in Japan. This allows for lower prices and faster shipping times.

Are the booster boxes shrink-wrapped?

Yes! All boxes are factory sealed/shrink-wrapped.

How fast is shipping?

Orders ship within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–4 business days, depending on customs delays. Pre-orders will ship on the date listed.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. Once we have more clarity on international tariffs and policies, we’ll explore shipping to more countries.

Do you charge sales tax?

Only for customers without a resale certificate in South Carolina. If you are located in South Carolina, please send an e-mail with your resale certificate before you purchase admin@galaxycardshop.com

We haven’t reached nexus in other states yet, so sales tax isn't currently collected elsewhere. However, once we do establish nexus in additional states, we’ll be required to collect sales tax unless you provide a valid resale certificate. If you're a business located in a state with sales tax, we strongly recommend obtaining your resale certificate sooner rather than later.
