4. Receive Confirmation – After your payment is successfully processed, we’ll send a confirmation email.

5. Track Your Order – Your order usually ships within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking email, and delivery typically takes just 3 business days once dispatched.

We act as a sourcing agent, so items are shipped directly from our partners in Japan. This allows for lower prices and faster shipping times.

Yes! All boxes are factory sealed/shrink-wrapped.

Orders ship within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–4 business days, depending on customs delays. Pre-orders will ship on the date listed.

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. Once we have more clarity on international tariffs and policies, we’ll explore shipping to more countries.

We haven’t reached nexus in other states yet, so sales tax isn't currently collected elsewhere. However, once we do establish nexus in additional states, we’ll be required to collect sales tax unless you provide a valid resale certificate.
